MHC is committed to advancing evidence-based psychedelic research and shaping policies that expand access to life-changing mental health treatments in Missouri. Our key initiatives include advocating for groundbreaking legislation, securing funding for clinical research, and educating policymakers and the public on the potential of psychedelic-assisted therapies.
We are at the forefront of a movement to transform mental health care for Veterans, first responders, and all those in need. Building on these results, more federal research is needed through the Veterans Administration, the Department of Defense and the National Institutes for Health. We will advocate for increased funding in these areas
Collaborate with leaders in psychedelic research, mental health, and public policy to shape the next phase of science-driven, research-first psychedelic policy.
Actively organize events, webinars, and public engagement campaigns to connect the psychedelic research community, policymakers, and the public.
