Veterans, business leaders, and civic leaders gathered at Washington University in St. Louis for The Next Mission: Missouri’s Veterans Leading the Way, hosted by MHC Advisory Committee member Shaun Broeker through The Welcome Home Forum.

MHC founder Dena Ladd, MPA, shared an update on recent Missouri legislative activity affecting veterans, including efforts to expand research into emerging mental health treatments. She was joined by Kate Schroeder, LPC, also a member of the MHC Advisory Committee, who spoke about clinically supervised therapies and their potential role in supporting veteran mental health.
